How do I get my resource? 

Whether your resource is paid or free you will be provided a link that will allow you to download your resource.

What happens if the resource gets updated?

You will get all updates for free on products you have purchased.  Whenever we upload a new file all existing buyers are sent an email letting them know the product has changed.

Do we sell our products elsewhere?

Yes, we sell our products on teacherspayteachers.com and TES.  Due to the fact that we have to pay higher sales commissions and currency conversions on these sites, you will find innovativeteachingideas.com is always the cheapest place to purchase our resources.

Returns & Refunds

As all of our products are digital downloads there is no way for you to return the product you downloaded, but you still may request a refund.

If you believe the product you purchased does not live up to its description and expectations you can request a refund by emailing us your purchase details and an explanation as to why you are seeking a refund.

We will use your explanation to justify the refund and also improve the resource for future buyers.
